First Time Logging In? 

USER NAME: Type in your 9-digit ADA Membership Number (no dashes please) for your initial user name. Look for the number on your ADA member card, or email hall@gadental.org with your name and request that your ADA Membership Number be sent to you.

PASSWORD: Type in GDA (use all caps) for your initial password.

AFTER LOGGING IN: Once logged in, you may change your user name and password to something easier to remember.

Returning User?
Please type in the user name and password you selected at your initial visit. Click the "Forgot your Password?" link by the password box if you have forgotten your password. You may also email hall@gadental.org if you cannot remember your login information and request that the information be sent to you.
